Magento is the most flexible and customisable eCommerce platform on the market. However, configuring that platform for your store (or multiple stores) can be a complex project in itself. RMEC can configure all areas of the admin panel to your requirements including:

RMEC use a suite of tools to identify Front & Backend errors, plus identifying site speed & other issues that may not generate an error, but need investigating to ensure performance and robustness of your site.

Product management with a large catalogue can be extremely repetitive and time-consuming. RMEC have experience using the native or extended Magento CSV Import/Export and API to work with large datasets, and can build automation processes to update product details from an external source or your internal systems.

RMEC can author fast fixes to frontend issues where a full end-to-end development process is too expensive or time-consuming to offer good ROI. This could vary from a quick styling fix to a new analytics/marketing integration, or API call to an external service.

Third-party modules are often the most cost-effective way to add features to your website. The marketplace for modules is large and selecting/comparing options to ensure the requirements are met is not easy. RMEC have worked with modules from most of the large vendors including Amasty, Mirasvit, Xtento, Aitoc, Mageworx

Most ecommerce platforms will integrate with external services to provide a seamless day-to-day business operation.
